Our facility is a community for adults over age 55 with apartments consisting of one or two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and bathroom, and more. Lake Pointe Villa has a beautiful fireside lounge, and an enclosed patio, for a breathtaking view of Storm Lake anytime of year. We also have a nice library overlooking the dining area facing the lake. These can be great places to socialize, read, or just enjoy your surroundings.
